PLEASE NOTE Level Up does require a minimum of a three-month commitment. Level Up participants are selected at the discretion of Melva LaJoy Legrand, with limited spaces. While Level Up can work in tandem with dedicated mental health support, this program is not a replacement for therapy or psychiatric services. If sessions delve into significant mental health challenges, Melva reserves the right to pause coaching services while participants get the dedicated support they need.
